My name is Hal Edghill. Several years ago I found myself in the position of taking up the challenge of caring for my father, who was in the midst of a health crisis. That crisis eventually won out but I became a caregiver in the process.

I also supported my elderly aunt, the family matriarch, as she experienced her own issues.

I took up these challenges without hesitation but there were many subsequent moments of self-doubt that matured me in ways I could have never imagined.

Caregiving is Spoken Here

This blog is about and for people who are stepping into the role of caregiver.  The physical, emotional, and business challenges that confront each of us can feel overwhelming at times. Discovering that someone else has faced similar trials and understands you is truly priceless.

I write about the practical matters of caregiving, as well as thoughts about personal experiences in the hope that you may learn from both my successes, as well as my errors.

If nothing else, I hope you learn that you are not alone and that you will get through.

You are stronger than you think. Honest.
